Although that has been true for me I want to help get out of that cycle!!

 Today I want to share with you my October workout challenge! I know we still have a couple more days but wanted to get this out in advance! You can download both documents which are completely free for you!

The changing of seasons can sometimes put you in a rut but lets change that! I know that I haven’t been on top of my game as mush as I should but that’s why I am doing this.

I know that so many of you are going to hold me accountable and we are going to kill October!

This workout challenge is meant for everyone and anyone. I personally love to see progress when I am working out and sometimes you only think that losing weight reflects that. In this challenge you will be tracking along the way and measuring your strength and stamina!

Now keep in mind that this workout challenge doesn’t have to be your only source of exercise. The challenge can be in addition to your routine and can just be something extra. Also, if you haven’t quite had a work out schedule and you want to try this to get you started, then you can use it that way too!

You will see that several things will be repeated but maybe different goal, time, rounds, etc etc!

Please make sure to track all of your progress through out the challenge!
