So do you have a Bikini Body Game plan? Have you been working on your health & fitness during the winter & spring season? Are you barely starting?
Whatever your answer is. It’s ok! There is no need to freak out.
Take some time to reflect on the goals you want so you can crush them!
Keep in mind that taking care of your health & fitness goals should be a lifestyle.
Your health is not just a quick fix away. Your health is forever, and something you should always be working on. I can not stress that enough! I want to encourage people to look at their health differently because it can change your life!
Now with that being said, I like to share different parts of my health & fitness journey with you for a couple reasons:
- accountability for my self
- to motivate or inspire others
- help people on the same journey as me
I do not share things to prove or show that I know everything and have everything figured out! I always do my own research and try things out, simple trial & error!
Since I have started my journey in late October, I am proud to say that I have made so much progress in losing weight, losing inches, but also gaining confidence!
My Bikini Body Game Plan is simply what I plan on doing for the next 7 weeks to change it up a little bit! I want to use this as more of an accountability measure to check in with you guys and see my progress.
My Bikini Body game plan is a combination of things I’m already doing, new things I’ve researched, or things I have tried in the past.
Work out Plan:
I plan to work out 6 days days out of the week.
I will be adding fasted cardio in the morning because I have tried this before and liked it! If you look up fasted cardio, you will find that several articles state both pro’s and con’s. If you are curious about fasted cardio, I would give it a try for a 1 week and see what results you get. All bodies are different and its important to test different things to see the actual effects for your body type.
I will be doing HIIT workouts, weightlifting, as well as focusing on my legs, booty, abs, and arms.
I created a fun graphic for my workout schedule below! If you would like me to send this graphic by email so you can save it in your pictures, please subscribe to my blog! Also if you are curious about my HIIT work outs and want me to share those too, leave a comment down below!
Nutrition Plan:
For the most part my nutrition is going to stay relatively the same but I plan on being more strict on the weekends. During the week I eat pretty healthy but lately I have been slacking on getting sufficient protein. If you are vegan or vegetarian, you can switch out foods as long as you’re still getting enough protein and of course carbs.
I am not choosing to fully get rid of carbs well because I love my carbs.
I am also going to incorporate set meal times with planned snacks as I’ve been pretty much just eating when I can. I provided a nice little graphic for you for my Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner.
Supplements:
*Please note, I will receive commission if you decide to purchase!*
I will be drinking protein shakes through out the day. If you want to avoid shakes, you can also just eat protein during your AM & PM snacks. I drink shakes because it’s so easy and quick to drink.
The protein powder that I use is from Body Tech and has minimal ingredients>>>https://amzn.to/2EUMjei
I will also be taking L-carnitine in the morning! I provided an article below on all the information on this supplement if you are curious!

I have been drinking one that is pink lemonade flavor and taste like candy! If you are interested in buying the one I take, click on the link >>>>amzn.to/2JW07Jg
I will also be taking some form of women’s multivitamins as well as fish oil!
Check ins:
I will be doing a 4 week check in blog post and see what has been working, what I adjusted, and the progress I have made in losing inches!
I will do a final check in at the end of 7 weeks and provide the before & after pictures!
